Section 31 in Madhya Pradesh Investment Region Development and Management Act, 2013
31. Delegation of powers by Agency.
- The Agency may delegate any function assigned to it or any power vested in it under this Act, except the power under section 4, 7 and 8 (3), to its Chief Executive Officer by whatsoever name called, or any of its officer that it considers appropriate.
