Section 4(4) in The Rajasthan Ministers' (Travelling Allowances and Use and Maintenance of Conveyance) Rules, 1974
(4)The matters for which no express provision has been made in these rules shall be regulated in accordance with provisions applicable to Government Servant of category A' under the Rajasthan Travelling Allowance Rules, 1971.
