Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 12 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
In respect of respondent Nos. 3 and 6 to 11, it is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that notices had been directed to these respondents by registered post and the notices have been dispatched by the Registry and the concerned Section be asked to give the status report of these registered notices whether it has been received back or otherwise. Let the Registry to verify if the notices have been sent give status of these notices whether it had been served or otherwise.
