Section 38B in Uttrkhand Hills Consolidation of Holdings and Land Reforms Act, 2016
38B. Limitation.
- The provision of section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 shall apply to the application, appeals, revisions and other proceedings under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
