Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay all further proceedings in Claim No. Misc. - 01/2021/B.1
on the file of Respondent No. 1, till the disposal of this Petition.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
13/07/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BASIL MATHEW, NINAN JOHN
