Section 10(k) in The Orissa Timber and Other Forest Produce Transit Rules, 1980
(k)The permit book issued for a particular forest produce shall be used only for that produce whether for [bamboo or timber or firewood] [Substituted by SRO No. 224/83 OGE No. 573 dated 17.5.1983.]. The permit book is not transferable and shall only be used by the person to whom it is issued or by his authorised agent.
