Commissioners to exercise functions of Receiver of Wreck.- The Commissioners shall, if and when appointed under the provisions of section 731 of the Indian Merchant Shipping Act, 1880, to be Receivers of Wreck within the limits of their jurisdiction, exercise within such limits all the functions of a Receiver of Wreck under the said Act.
