Section 88 in Assam Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1985
88. Power of the Government to issue order and directions to the Board.
- The Government may issue to the Board such order and directions as in their opinion are necessary or expedient for carrying out the purposes of this Act and the Board shall give effect to all such orders and directions.
