(2)Nothing in this section applies to cases for which special provision is made in the [Code of Civil Procedure, 1882(14 of 1882)] [Now see the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908).] as extended to Courts of Small Causes or in any other enactment for the time being in force.
