Section 6(1) in Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Rules, 2014
(1)The Agricultural Cattle Welfare Officer shall have the right to enter and inspect area within its local jurisdiction, where he has reasons to believe that any crime has been committed or is being committed or may be committed, and shall also have powers to take necessary action.
