(4)This section and sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16, 17,21,48,49,50,52,61,63,64,65,68,69 and 71 shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such [date] [Sections 3, 4 and 6 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 8th day of August 1997. Section 5 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 17th day of March 1998.] as the Government may, by notification appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
