31. Fees.

(1)Every applicant shall, before any information is supplied to him under Rule 29 or Rule 30 pay, a fee of Re. 1 for each security in respect of which any information is supplied and shall execute a bond of indemnity as nearly as may be in Form X for twice the value of the security or securities involved and the interest paid thereon since the date of issue.
