Section 39(4) in Telangana Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975
(4)The Government may, after consideration of the recommendations of the Art Commission and after giving an opportunity to the Authority or Authorities concerned to make any representation, issue such directions to theAuthority or Authorities concerned as they may think fit, and the Authority or Authorities shall comply with every such direction of the Government.
