Section 236 in The Jammu and Kashmir State Ranbir Penal Code, 1989
236. Abetting in the State counterfeiting out of the State of coin.
- Whoever, being within Jammu and Kashmir State, abets the counterfeiting of coin out of Jammu and Kashmir State, shall be punished in the same manner as if he abetted the counterfeiting of such coin within Jammu and Kashmir State.
