Section 79(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)The Chairman or any other person duly authorized by him in this behalf may, at any time and without notice, inspect any building or work in respect of which an application with building plan has been submitted, while the work is in progress, and shall cause such inspection on receipt of the notice of completion or credible information regarding such completion.
