2. Amendment of section 17 of Act XVI of 1908.
- In section 17 of the Indian Registration Act, 1908, in sub-section (2), in clause (x),-(a)after the words and figures 'Agriculturists Loans Act, 1884" the following shall be inserted, namely :-"or under the Bombay Non-Agriculturists' Loans Act, 1928,".(b)for the words "under that Act" the words "under either of those Acts" shall be substituted.
