Section 18B(6) in Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973
(6)The term of the Central Board of Studies shall be three years from the date of notification referred to in sub-section (5) and the term of the Chairman and the members shall be coterminous with it:Provided that the term of office of a member nominated to fill a casual vacancy shall be for the remainder of his predecessor's term.
