Section 27(1) in The Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973
(1)When the Union Government or the State Government intends to carry out development of any land for the purpose of its departments or offices or authorities, the Officer-in-Charge thereof shall inform in writing to the Director the intention of the Government to do so, giving full particulars thereof, accompanied by such documents and plans complying with the provisions of Acts, rules and bye-laws relating to development, control of the natural hazard prone area as may be prescribed atleast thirty days before undertaking such development.
