Section 108(2)(ii) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962

(ii)from members, past member or the estates of deceased members of the Society or their Societies, to such extent and in such proportion as may be determined by the Registrar subject to the extent of the indebtedness of.such members, past members and deceased members to the Society and to the provisions of Section 69.
