Section 37R in The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986
37R. District Level Environmental Committee.
- The District Level Environmental Committee shall consist of the following, namely:-| (i) | District Collector | Chairman |
| (ii) | Regional Officer of the Rajasthan StatePollution Control Board or officer nominated by the Chairman ofthe Board | Member |
| (iii) | Deputy Conservator of Forest | Member |
| (iv) | Assistant Mining Engineer/Mining EngineerConcerned | Member Secretary |
| (v) | Any other officer nominated by the Government | Member |
