1. This application has been filed by the plaintiffs under the title of "application on behalf of the plaintiffs/applicants under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 for seeking permission to place relevant additional documents on record". However, it is noticed that the prayer is "for placing on record the relevant additional documents and for fixing the hearing of the main matter on an early date as fixed by the Hon'ble Court."
