Shri R.K. Goyal, learned counsel for respondent.
This appeal has been filed against the order of learned single Judge dated 03.05.2021 in which the challenge was made to a note-sheet of Registrar of Lucknow Bench of Central Gov. Industrial Tribunal (CGIT)- cum- Labour Court.
Surprisingly, the said order impugned in the writ Court does not find part of writ appeal which runs in 59 pages but has been brought on record alongwith list of additional documents which is not supported by an affidavit.
As per Chapter 10 of Rules 33 & 34 of The High Court of Madhya Pradesh Rules, 2008 the aforesaid procedure is not permissible.
Let a complete and composite set of writ appeal be filed again within two days.
