(2)If the owner of the property which has deteriorated in value accepts the compensation, he shall be deemed to have granted to the Corporation a perpetual right to continue the exercise of its powers under any of the said sections in such a manner as not to create greater nuisance or to cause greater damage than was being created, or caused at the lime when compensation was received.Complaint of injury
