Section 114(3) in The Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
(3)[(a) [The President or the Additional President of the Co-operative Tribunal] [Substituted by the Goa Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2009.] shall be a person who is qualified to be appointed as a District Judge or is or has been a Judicial Officer for a period of seven years or has held the post of the President of the Goa, Daman and Diu Co-operative Tribunal for a period of five years or is holding or has held the post of Registrar of Co-operative Societies for a period not less than three years or has been a Secretary to the Government of Goa.(b)[Two other members of the Co-operative Tribunal shall be persons of ability, integrity and standing, and having adequate educational qualifications, knowledge, experience of at least five years in dealing with problems relating to Co-operatives and/or persons having served in the Co-operative Department for a minimum period of twenty years and holding or held the post atleast in Group 'A' Junior grade in Goa Civil Service for minimum period of five years.] [Clause (b) omitted by the Amendment Act 6 of 2010.]
