Section 2(z) in The Dock Workers (Safety, Health And Welfare) Regulations, 1990
(z)"transport equipment" means all powered and hand truck, for lift truck, tractor, trailer, locomotive, prime mover and any other such equipment used in dock work;(zz)words and expressions not defined in these regulations but defined or used in the Act shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Act.
