Section 7(3) in Jharkhand Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2014
(3)The Chairperson and every Member shall before entering upon his office make and subscribe to an oath of office and secrecy in such form and in such manner and before Hon'ble Governor or by him such authority as may be prescribed.
