The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer:-

"a. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order of the examination Controller dated 23.01.2023 finalizing the examination center of the colleges. (Annexure No.2 to the writ petition).
b. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to allot the examination center for first semester examination of academic session 2022-2023 as provided in Government Order dated 01.02.2018 examination scheduled from 30.01.2023 with respect to students appearing in the first semester examination."

Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondent no.1 as well as Shri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4.

Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Shri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-University that the decision has already been taken by the University on 29.01.2023 by which the examination center of the petitioner institution has already been changed.

In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further order is required to be passed in the matter as the present writ petition becomes infructuous.

Accordingly the present writ petition has been dismissed as having become infructuous.
