Section 18(6) in Rajasthan Public Libraries Rules, 2012
(6)Specified class public library-(a)The library shall be for a class with a specified object.(b)It shall be for woman or blind or handicapped persons.(c)It subscribes periodical papers for such specified class.(d)It has more than 1000 books(e)It remains open for 'not less three hours on every working day.
