Section 68(3) in The Orissa Land Reforms Act, 1960
(3)[ Whoever after having been evicted under Section 23 or under Section 23-A from any holding of a raiyat belonging to a Scheduled Tribe or a Scheduled Caste, re-occupies the same without a valid transfer made in his favour, shall, on conviction, be punishable with rigorous imprisonment or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees, or with both.] [Inserted vide Orissa Act No. 44 of 1976.]
