Section 35(3) in The West Bengal Industrial Infra-Structure Development Corporation Act, 1974
(3)If any land placed at the disposal of the Corporation under subsection (1) is required at any time thereafter by the State Government shall replace it at the disposal of the State Government upon such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon.
