27. Delegation of powers.
(1)The State Government, may by notification, delegate any of the powers conferred on it by or under this Act, to any other authority, except the power to make rules under section 40.(2)The Authority may by regulations, delegate any of the powers conferred on it by or under this Act to the Commissioner or other officers of the Authority except the power to make regulations under section 41.Chapter-IV Finance and Property
