Section 23 in THE SURROGACY (REGULATION) ACT, 2021

23. Authentication of orders and other instruments of Board.

All orders and decisions of then Board shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairperson and all other instruments issued by the Board shall be authenticated by the signature of the Member-Secretary of the Board.
