Section 19(1) in The Shree Shanaishwar Devasthan Trust (Shingnapur) Act, 2018
(1)The Executive Officer shall, subject to the superintendence, direction and control of the Committee, have power to carry out its decisions and orders in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules, regulations and bye-laws made thereunder.
