Section 53(3) in The Corporation of the City of Panaji (Election) Rules, 2004
(3)The valid ballot papers shall thereafter be bundled together and kept along with the bundle of rejected ballot papers in a separate packet, which shall be sealed and on which shall be recorded the following particulars, namely:-(a)the name or number of the ward;(b)the name or number of the polling station; and(c)the date of counting.
