Section 65 in The Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation Act, 1996
65. Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Executive Director, Members and Officers etc. to be public servants
The Chairman, the three Vice-Chairmen, Members, Executive Director and Officers and servants on deputation or of the Corporation, as the case may be, shall, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
