Section 20(1) in The Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules, 1965
(1)After the colonizer has fulfilled all the conditions laid down in rule 19 to the satisfaction of the Director, the Director shall grant the permission.
