ORDER
1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 09.06.2023 seeking information on the following points:
"I, Sunita widow of Sanjay Gulabrao Ramteke resident of QTR.No. J -27/6 Jawahar Nagar Estate, District Bhandara, wish to seek information under RTI ACT 2005. The information required regarding pension case of Sunita Sanjay Ramteke as per detail given below.
1. Copy of the PPO of late Shri Sanjay Gulabrao Ramteke.
2. Action taken on PCDA Allahabad letter number G-1/C//XIII/reg/01/2022 Dated 14/01/2022 Address to Sunita Ramteke.Page 1 of 3
3. Action taken on later Date 20/08/2021 address to PCDA Allahabad and copy to you.
4. Action taken on application Dt. 04/05/2023.
5. Current status of the pension case."
2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 20.06.2023 and the same is reproduced as under :-
"आप ारा िबंदु सं ा 1 म मां गी गई सूचना से संबंिधत द ावेज 01 पृ म इस प के साथ अ ेिषत िकया जा रहा है।
िबंदु सं ा 2 के संबंध म इस िबंदु म दिशत पी.सी.डी.ए. (पी) इलाहाबाद का प सं ा G- 1/XIII/Reg/01/2022 िदनां क 14.01.2022 का प इस कायालय म ा नहीं आ है।
िबंदु सं ा 3 के संबंध म इस िबंदु म दिशत जानकारी के संबंध म यह सुिचत िकया जाता है िक िनमाणी ारा िदनांक 25.03.2021 के प सं ा पी.सी/5887/एस.जी.आर/बी.एफ के ारा संबंिधत जानकारी ेिषत की जा चुकी है । अतएव, अभी िनमाणी ारा कोई कारवाई नहीं की गई है ।
िबंदु सं ा 4 के संबंध म : इस िबंदु की जानकारी हे तु इस िनमाणी के िदनांक 25.03.2021 के प सं ा पी. सी/5887/एस.जी.आर/बी.एफ का अवलोकन कर ।
िबंदु सं ा 5 के संबंध म ग य ी संजय गुलाब रामटे के के प रवार पशन के िलये एक से अिधक दावा होने के चलते कोई कारवाई नहीं गई है ।"
3. Dissatisfied with the response received from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 15.07.2023. The FAA vide order dated 11.08.2023 upheld the reply given by the CPIO.
4. Aggrieved with the FAA's order, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal dated 23.02.2024.
Page 2 of 35. The Appellant remained absent during the hearing and on behalf of the Respondent, Ramesh Kumar Yadav, JGM & CPIO attended the hearing through video conference.
6. The Respondent reiterated the reply provided to the Appellant.
7. The Commission after adverting to the facts and circumstances of the case, and perusal of records, observes that the CPIO has provided an appropriate reply to the RTI Application as per the provisions of the RTI Act leaving for no scope of intervention at this stage.
8. The Appeal is dismissed accordingly.
Copy of the decision be provided free of cost to the parties.
