906. Destruction of Part 'A'.
- Part A' shall be retained for a period of twelve years from the first day of January following the date of judgment or final order, or where there has been an appeal to the Supreme Court, from the date of communication of the judgment or final order of the Supreme Court and shall then be destroyed excepting (1) general index, (2) judgment with compromise, if any, on which the decree is based, (3) decrees and (4) unreturned documents. These papers shall be retained permanently.
