Section 26(1) in Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1959
(1)In each year on or before such date as may be fixed by the Government in this behalf, the Board shall, in such form as may be prescribed, prepare and forward to the Government-(a)a programme for the promotion of khadi and village industries; and(b)a schedule of the staff of officers and servants employed and to be employed during the next year.
