(2)any person who removes mica from a mica mine, mica dump or other place in the occupation of a licensee, prospecting licensee or mining lessee and who is required by sub-section (1) to carry a pass shall, on being required to do so by any officer authorised in this behalf by the State Government, produce such pass to such officer.
