                          UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                  O R D E R

The High Court while examining the rival contentions of the petitioner and the respondents allowed to run a liquor shop based on a Licence, which originally stood in the name of the mother of Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Narendra Prasad the petitioner and after taking notice of the revision pending Date: 2015.03.16 16:10:55 IST Reason: before the Government, directed to get the dispute resolved before 1 the Government and thereafter the party who is found to be the licencee can be allowed to run the business. We do not find any scope to interfere with the said conclusion reached by the High Court. The special leave petitions are dismissed.

We, however, direct that the Excise Revision No.29/2013 pending before the Excise Secretary, Government of U.P., Lucknow be disposed of within one month from the date of production of a copy of this order.
