Section 30 in The Ministers (Allowances, Medical Treatment and other Privileges) Rules, 1957
30. Advance when Admissible.
- A Minister may be paid an advance for the purchase of a motor car in India in order that he may be able to discharge conveniently and efficiently the duties of his office subject to the conditions hereinafter specified.
