Section 1 in Kerala Medical Education (Regulation and Control of Admission to Private Medical Educational Institutions) Act, 2017
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Medical Education (Regulation and Control of Admission to Private Medical Educational Institutions) Act, 2017.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of June, 2017.
