Section 2A(2) in The Port Rules for the Port Of Visakhapatnam
(2)The Pilot shall board in-coming ships and disembark from outgoing ships about 4 cables length East of the Outer channel Light Buoys in a position 17°--41'- 17" N. 83°-18'-30"E. and assist in piloting a vessel to and from her assigned berth and also in berthing and unberthing the vessels.
