Section 374(2) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
(2)If a person continues to use a premises in contravention of the provisions of subsection (1) the Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer may notwithstanding any other action that may be taken against such person under this Act, levy on such person a continuing fine in accordance with the provisions of subsection (4) of section 367.
