Section 1 in Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Levy And Collection of Fees and Charges by SLDC) Regulations, 2005
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement.
- These regulations may be called the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Levy and Collection of Fees and Charges by SLDC) Regulations, 2005.(1)These Regulations extend to the whole of the State of Gujarat.(2)These shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette.
