312. Entertainment or dance prohibited in premises for retail sale of foreign or country spirit.
- No licensed retail vendors of foreign or country liquor shall allow any professional entertainment or dance on or near their premises, or permit the playing of musical instrument or signing by professionals on such premises without the special sanction of the Collector in writing.
