27. Decision by majority.
- All questions considered at a meeting of the committee shall be decided by a majority of votes of the members present and voting and in the event of equality of votes, the Chairperson or in the absence of Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson or in the absence of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson, the member presiding at the meeting, as the case may be, shall have second or casting vote.
