- The Government, if satisfied, after considering the compliance report submitted under sub-section (2) of section 5 that the sponsoring body has complied with the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 5, may, by a notification published in State gazette permit a private University to operate with such name, location, jurisdiction as may be specified in the Schedule.
