1. Vide order dated 18.02.2020 a direction was passed by this Court for the senior official of Respondent no. 1 to remain present in Court on the next date of hearing. However, none has appeared in the last three (3) dates of hearing.
2. Even today, none appears on behalf of the Respondents.
3. In the interest of justice, no adverse orders are being passed today.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order on the counsel for the Respondents who appears before this Court and to the Respondents on their valid e-mail addresses.
5. It is made clear that if there is no presence on behalf of the senior official of the Respondent No. 1, on the next date of hearing bailable warrants will be issued against the directors of Respondent no. 1.
